Our development of a new seniors living health and ageing precinct in the Macedon Ranges continues to attract attention from the local community. Below is an update to share how each of these projects are progressing.


Our first residents have now moved into St John’s Rise retirement living located in Mooroolbark.


More than 200 paintings by 40 local artists will be on display when the 12th Annual Benetas Bridgewater Lake Art Show opens to the public on Saturday, 9 and Sunday, 10 September.


Benetas has announced the pending acquisition of Bridgewater Lake Retirement Estate in Roxburgh Park. Currently owned by family-run Parks Villages, the Estate will formally shift to Benetas ownership on 1 April 2022.


The decision to make the move to retirement living is rarely made quickly or on impulse. It’s a choice based on factors impacting both the prospective resident(s) and their loved ones.


Benetas is pleased to be a signatory to the Retirement Living Code of Conduct.


Known as the St John’s Rise Pioneers, the first group of people to secure the architecturally designed retirement living units, set to be completed in the heart of Mooroolbark by 2022, were hosted by provider Benetas, earlier this month.


Benetas will soon begin refurbishing ageing independent living units located within the St Laurence Court Retirement Village in California Gully.


Benetas has announced plans to build 36 new retirement living homes as part of the second stage of construction at St John’s Rise Retirement Village in Mooroolbark.

Benetas Dalkeith Heights retirement village has launched an exhibition showcasing works by resident and professional photographer Norm Neilson.


St John’s Rise Retirement Village has taken home bragging rights after winning the inaugural Benetas Retirement Living Bowls Challenge at Mooroolbark Bowls Club.
