Funding Support under The New Restorative Care Pathway
Great news for those seeking allied health support! From 1 November 2025, the new Support at Home program will replace Home Care Packages and the Short-Term Restorative Care Programme. This program includes restorative care pathways that may provide funding for intensive allied health services.
Recipients will be eligible for funding of up to $6,000 for 12 weeks of intensive allied health and/or nursing services aimed to help participants regain ability to carry out daily activities, stay at home longer and delay entry to higher levels of care.
