Who Might be Eligible for Assistive Technology and Home Modifications?
You may need home modifications, products or equipment if you:

How Does the New Funding Work?
Assistive Technology-Home Modifications (AT-HM) is separately funded from your regular care budget, so you won’t need to set aside money for modifications or equipment. There are three funding tiers, depending on what you need:
