The Federal Government announcement of $17.7 billion for aged care services in response to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety has been heralded as the single largest investment in aged care and the largest in response to a Royal Commission in Australia’s history.

This Saturday, 7 August, is Aged Care Employee Day, and Victorian aged care provider Benetas has identified five outstanding employees to take out the third annual Benetas Aged Care Employee Day Awards, held every year to acknowledge significant contributions made by employees for the benefit of customers.
