Recently, we had the privilege of fulfilling a special wish for our home care client, Ruth.

For her birthday, Ruth wanted to visit the iconic Carousel at Melbourne Zoo—a cherished family tradition she previously shared with her great-grandfather.

After hearing this, Tya, Ruth’s Client Advisor, with assistance from one of Ruth’s cousins, organised a memorable day at the Zoo, where Ruth was able to recreate the memory.

Ruth also got to start the Carousel herself, a piece of history that once belonged to her great-grandfather!

Seeing Ruth’s joy as she experienced this meaningful moment was heartwarming.
