Timing: Accessing a Support At Home package through My Aged Care can take time. Once you've received your 'Notice of Decision' letter and Support Plan, your funds will take 6-12 months - or more to be assigned.
 
                    Waiting Step 1 - Get Means Tested (via Centrelink)
If you haven’t already been Means Tested, now is the time! For more information visit myagedcare.gov.au/income-assessment-home-care-packages or call 1800 227 475.
Waiting Step 2 - How to get immediate assistance
If you’re in need of immediate relief to help around your home, you can opt to pay out-of-pocket for services to get started sooner. Call us on 1300 23 63 82 if you’d like to talk about our Private Home Care Services options.
