While we currently have consumer experience surveys and feedback forms, we believe in creating an even more robust feedback mechanism that allows our valued residents and home care clients to be heard directly by our governing body, the Board.
Each year we establish a Consumer Advisory Body. This group participates in activities either in-person or online throughout the year, providing a platform for you to share your feedback. Whether it's comments on specific services, activities, or broader insights, your perspective will be invaluable in helping us improve. Your feedback, as part of this body, would be consolidated and presented directly to our governing body.
All our current feedback avenues will continue to remain in place. At this point, we're keen to understand interest in participating in such an advisory body, ensuring that the format we design caters to the varied needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
