Macedon Ranges Health (MRH) has been active in the community for more than 60 years and became a part of Benetas in 2018. Since that time, Macedon Ranges Health has continued to operate as a local health and support service for the local community.
Our clinicians and staff offer a diverse range of allied health, mental health, social inclusion and exercise programs to help you with early intervention, prevention, recovery and reablement. At MRH we pride ourselves on being a key contributor to building a healthier community.
Our low cost fees vary depending on the type of services provided and in some cases, based on our clients’ income. As a not-for-profit organisation partly funded by the government, we can provide free and lower cost services for eligible clients.

We offer a comprehensive range of services from our integrated health hub in Gisborne and through outreach programs across the Macedon Ranges.
- Allied Health Services: Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Counselling.

Costs
Macedon Ranges Health is a not for profit health service.
After assessment you may be eligible for subsidised services under the following funding types
- Community Home Support Program (CHSP)
- Our counselling service is free of charge and all services may have fees waived in circumstances of financial hardship
- Community Health Program
- Extended Primary Care Plan services - with a GP referral
- Home and Community Care (HACC), both aged care and Program for Younger People funded services
- Private Heath Insurance
- Or Private full fee services
