You will have a dedicated group of Benetas staff working to ensure you have a truly personalised and positive experience. We get to know you and what’s important to you. Our team build genuine, kind and caring relationships with you and those you care about. We see these relationships as integral to your health and wellbeing.
In addition to your in-home services assistant, you’ll have an understanding and supportive Care Manager who assists you to plan and coordinate your services to suit your evolving health and wellbeing.
So you don’t have to keep retelling your story you are also connected with a friendly dedicated service coordinator who will be your main point of contact.
