Speed is our strength
If your loved one needs help at home, time is often of the essence – especially if they’ve just had an accident or an unexpected hospital visit.
At Benetas, we don’t let red tape slow us down or hold you up. In fact, we’re often able to start providing home care within 1-4 days of you agreeing to services. Also, in cases of emergency, we can provide same day services!
Our people have that special something
Our carers are the life blood of our organisation – and the key to your loved one’s wellbeing. So although qualifications, experience and background checks are all a must, we always look beyond the résumé.
At Benetas, our people are truly committed. They forge strong relationships and genuinely care for the people they help. Many also speak foreign languages and understand the sensitivities of different cultures.
But our carers are not the only special ones. We also have highly dedicated Client Advisors who you can contact directly for a truly efficient and personalised service.

All Benetas Home Care Packages are delivered with a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) approach.
First and foremost, a CDC approach means that we are supportive of and compliant with all aged care reforms. This assures you greater visibility into how your funds are spent and provides your loved one with more lifestyle options.
Quality service, guaranteed
In 2016, Benetas Home Care achieved a significant accreditation milestone under the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Completed by HDAA, this independent audit highlighted our strengths of quality leadership and culture, continuous improvement and a well-established and effective internal quality audit program.
Throughout 2017, we aim to maintain our quality and service standards, refine our approach to staff performance and transition successfully to ISO 9001:2015.
We also continually achieve high results through the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency – the government agency that measures home care quality processes.
We help you make the right choice
At Benetas, we help you explore your aged care options to find the best way forward – even if that means our services are not quite right.
But if you do find that our services are a good fit, our expert guidance doesn’t stop there. We take the time to understand your loved one’s needs so that we can tailor the right home care program for them. We also carefully consider the carer we ultimately assign, taking into account gender, personality, ethnicity, languages, skills, expertise and more.
