To help look after your loved one at a busy period for carers, we are offering a free respite package for eligible people.

Receive two weeks of free respite care when you book in for three weeks at Lovell House, Broughton Hall or Dalkeith Gardens. This offer is valid during July. (see terms and conditions)

Our free respite offer will provide your loved one with genuine care from our dedicated carers and the opportunity to relax and socialise among our close-knit communities.

We are offering free respite at three of our residential aged care homes; Lovell House in Caulfield North, Broughton Hall in Camberwell and Dalkeith Gardens in Traralgon.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply

  • Offer is for one week paid respite and two weeks free respite, including no Basic Daily Fee or Additional Services fee
  • Offer requires upfront payment of the first of the three weeks, to be paid prior to or on day of arrival. (Please note payment is by credit card or direct transfer only)
  • Offer only available at Benetas Lovell House, Broughton Hall and Dalkeith Gardens
  • Customer must have a valid respite ACAT Assessment (Aged Care Assessment Tool)
  • Customer must have minimum 21 days available within their current government allocation of 63 day for this financial year
  • Customer must be admitted for their first day of respite on or between 1 July to 31 July 2020
  • Offer not applicable outside the promotional period, except where their first day of respite is booked on or between 1 July to 31 July 2020
  • Offer is not applicable to those who receive funding via third parties
  • Offer is not applicable to people being admitted via emergency intake
  • Should the customer wish to extend respite beyond the three week offer, the customer will be charged a Basic Daily Care Fee. Additional Service fees will be waived for the remainder of the extended respite stay
  • Offer only redeemable once per person and is subject to availability
