Vanessa Cheasley – In Home Service Assistant
“I have found it an absolute privilege to be welcomed into people's homes and lives knowing that my small efforts allows another person to live their life safely and comfortably in the home they love with the freedom that they have earned and deserve. I feel this is a hugely important aspect of maintaining emotional, mental and physical health. I can honestly say that working for Benetas has been the most rewarding 'job' I have had. I just love all the beautiful people who I feel have taught me so much.

What we do matters
Benetas is a leading not-for-profit organisation providing aged care services to older Victorians, their families and carers for over 70 years.
We offer a full range of quality community-based services, from in-home nursing, home care, allied health and respite care. In addition, we have 14 residential aged care homes across Victoria, one retirement village in Traralgon, another under construction in Mooroolbark and a further one in the planning phase in Gisborne.
To reflect our Anglican heritage and commitment to social justice, we contribute a social dividend which sees any profit reinvested into growing and expanding services and initiatives, including our dedicated research and advocacy agenda, which provides broader benefits to people within our community.
