New builds and developments

The current building projects are based on our new model of care which defines a new level of care for older people and change the way aged care is delivered into the future. Our model of care is all about creating a sense of home for our residents, and ensuring we promote their health, wellbeing, social connectedness and independence through the services we deliver.

St George's Refurbishment

The works will see the refurbishment of the currently vacant wing, linked to the Peter Volk Wing with an additional 30 aged care places. It is anticipated construction on this building will commence on the 18 January 2018 and will take three months to complete. Approximately 4-6 weeks after completion, we will then commence refurbishment of the Peter Volk Wing. The new development will reflect Benetas’ new approach to aged care, with apartment-style configuration working to create an environment that is as home-like as possible.
