Roger Burden, Facility Planner

The Benetas Facility Planner manages all building progress at Benetas sites, from design through to construction. The Facility Planner investigates building opportunities as well as improvements in current buildings.

Roger is a registered architect and owned his own architect practice for over 30 years. He came to Benetas in 2008, where he has worked as the Facility Planner, based at the Benetas Support Office. He designs new buildings and renovations, writes the brief for the projects in-line with residential services and overseas all construction, in conjunction with external architects. The thing Roger enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to design facilities that will meet people’s needs in the future.

Dat Nguyen, Human Resources Business Partner

The thing Dat most enjoys about his role, is the ongoing commitment Benetas provides to support professional development and the support staff committment to providing outstanding customer service to residents and the community!

Since commencing with Benetas in 2012, Dat has enjoyed a number of exciting progression opportunities within our Human Resource department.

Dat came to Benetas with experience in management and HR - in hospitality, education and community service. At Benetas, his first role was HR Administrator before moving quickly to become an Advisor overseeing the Benetas Home Care portfolio.

In 2014 Dat secured the position of HR Business Partner servicing the residential services, in which he enjoys developing leadership capabilities through effective coaching and partnering. He works closely with Regional and Residential Managers to improve team performance, particularly in change management, recruitment, and other issues.

Dat is proud to say his most recent achievement has been the implementation of Benetas' Human Resource Information System.
