Your key contacts

  Client Advisors

When you choose Benetas, you will be paired with a dedicated Client Advisor. This person will work with you and your loved one to tailor a plan to their individual needs. They will also play an important ongoing role in helping your loved one maintain their independence at home.

All Benetas Client Advisors are fully qualified in assessment, planning and support service coordination.

  In-Home Carers

Your loved one will be cared for by an appropriately qualified and skilled Benetas Care Worker. We take the time to select the most suitable carer for them – taking into account gender, ethnicity, languages, personality and more.

All our carers undergo a thorough background and reference check and maintain up-to-date police checks.

Client stories

Eileen Drew

At 94 years of age, Eileen lives independently, stays social and maintains a strong community spirit – thanks largely to the support she receives from Benetas Home Care. Despite a long history of community involvement including being President of the Monbulk Bowls Club, Eileen still regards family as the best part of her life.

Tony Voigt

Now aged 79, Tony once worked as an agriculturist across Australia and in Papua New Guinea where he established vegetable farms. Today, with help from Benetas, Tony still lives at home so that he can continue to pursue his interest in agriculture and passion for gardening. He also loves being involved in his community through his singing group, Men’s Shed and contributing to the local newsletter.
