We all have different ways of leaving our mark on the world. Leaving a gift in your Will is one way of doing this. A bequest is one of the greatest lasting gifts anyone can give.

How to make a bequest

When you are considering developing or updating your estate plans or Will, you can elect to make a bequest.
The words in your Will may sound something like the samples provided below, though we recommend you seek professional advice from a solicitor to ensure your bequest is clearly and legally stated.

"I give, devise and bequeath the whole of my Estate (or percentage or residue of Estate as appropriate) to Benetas."
