St Laurence Court – Kangaroo Flat

Located in Bendigo, 150kms NW of Melbourne, Benetas St Laurence Court offers quality care services within a strong community-based environment. As the only aged care residential facility in Kangaroo Flat, St Laurence Court originally opened as a 30-room facility in 1989 and later extended to 50 rooms in 1993. All accommodation is single rooms complete with a full en-suite.
On 1 January 2006, St Laurence Court transferred its operations and ownership to Benetas becoming the organisation’s first residential facility located in regional Victoria. St Laurence Court Kangaroo Flat is one of two Benetas facilities in Bendigo, with a second located at Eaglehawk.

Set amidst a picturesque environment across more than a hectare, the bright, open-plan facility features six interconnected wings, each with its own sitting and refreshment area. Designed to make good use of natural light, the facility looks out onto attractive garden settings and the spacious outdoor areas are ideal for leisurely walks and activities.

Led by a committed team of caring and trained staff, clients are offered a wide choice of lifestyle and leisure activities, with access to a range of services, including on-site hairdresser, podiatry, library and regular chapel services as well as pastoral care support to help clients meet their diverse religious, spiritual and pastoral needs.. With close links to the local community, clients also have opportunity to be involved with regional organisations, churches and social groups.
