Internal traineeships

As part of ongoing professional development, internal traineeships are offered to help staff gain higher qualifications to meet the increased demands associated with current or future roles

• 'Confest’ – a celebration of ideas and achievements from staff by staff that acknowledges innovative and individual participation in service design, delivery and continuous improvement
• Annual scholarship awards for staff who excel, enabling further growth and professional development
• Special awards for outstanding achievements (Chairperson Awards and Archbishop Booth Award) awarded at the Annual Staff  Awards

Orientation and induction

If you do come and work with us you will be given the opportunity to attend an induction day, welcoming you to Benetas. These sessions are run monthly.
